Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and sent Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day after dispatch. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Flat £3.99 on every UK order, sent Royal Mail Tracked 24. We ship to UK addresses only.

Is packaging discreet?

Always. Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging — what's inside stays between you and us, babe.

What comes in the box?

Every product page lists exactly what's included under "What's in the box". Pen kits come complete with prep pads and tips — nothing extra to buy.

How do I store my products?

Keep your products refrigerated as soon as they arrive, and out of reach of children.

Can I return my order?

Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns on opened or unsealed items. See our Refund Policy for full details.
