Every order is made up fresh and hand-packed, and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
UK delivery only
We ship to UK addresses only — orders can't be placed from outside the UK. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually delivers the next day, and your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.

Missing or delayed orders
If you haven't received your tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 3 days of dispatch, message us via the Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it up straight away.
